Why this program

The market offers either isolated ESG modules or programs for veterans and employment specialists. A management product — how a leader should organize workspace, task allocation, digital tools, and team climate — is almost missing.

This program fills that gap: it trains sitting directors and HR to integrate veterans and people with disabilities into the corporate environment systemically — not just add the topic to the agenda.

Goal

Give corporate leaders a complete approach, vision, and tools for designing accessible social and work environments — covering accessibility, accessible content, digital support, and psychological adaptation.

Four management tasks

Workspace organization — physical and environmental adaptation.

Task redistribution — rebuilding roles and processes for the new team mix.

Digital workspace — accessible tools and document flow.

Team psychological comfort — climate when new colleagues join.

What the leader gets

An audit of the company’s current capabilities and constraints.

An action map — a personal leadership plan (including a 30/60/90 horizon).

A trained management team and HR contour.

Implementation support after the lab.

Format 1. On-site inclusive spaces lab

An on-site product at the client venue: learning moves into a live decision environment — real spaces, routes, teams, and service scenarios.

Stage 1 (2 weeks) — preparation and audit: space, processes, digital tools, team readiness.

Stage 2 (7 days) — 5 intensive days on management models + 2 strategy-session days to build the action map.

Stage 3 (1 month) — implementation support for the action map.

For forums, a demonstration strategy session is available: a compressed path from audit to action map — a practical result, not a panel discussion.

7-day lab architecture

Day 1 — the new management reality.

Day 2 — inclusive space: audit and design.

Day 3 — team, communication, psychological safety.

Day 4 — inclusive service and industry cases.

Day 5 — management decisions and implementation models.

Day 6 — strategy session on site.

Day 7 — assembly of the implementation plan.

Format 2. Professional development program (256 hours)

A blended PD program for directors and HR: 6 modules of 42 hours plus defense of a director project.

Final assessment — defense of the project “Integrating veterans and employees with disabilities into the corporate work environment.”

On request, a block on integrating foreign workers can be added.

Academic and partner frame: Higher School of Corporate Management, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation; federal partner — Agency for Strategic Initiatives; inclusion partner — RuFilms Media Group.
